A B O U T  M E:  I am an LPCC candidate from the University of St. Thomas. I believe that therapy should happen in a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space. I will partner with you so that we can work together toward your goals. These might include quieting the critical mind, recognizing and adapting patterns that bring you pain, decreasing anxiety, or healing relationships with the self or others.

I have experience working with families in the perinatal period, adults with medical diagnoses, adults with developmental and physical disabilities, and older adults of all abilities. My special interest is in working with individuals and families around fertility, pregnancy, and childbirth.

B A C K G R O U N D: A Chicago native, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from the University of Iowa. Witnessing the hidden parts of the self that could be accessed through music led me to seek more knowledge and training in psychology and I am currently completing a master's in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. I am active in the local classical music scene and have a great love for choral music. In addition to music, my hobbies include struggling to speak Italian, baking bread, spending as much time outside with my family as the Minnesota weather will afford, and gardening.
